How a clinic gets listed

Only by choice. A clinic’s owner or administrator fills in the clinic profile inside SmileDesk and switches the listing on after agreeing to the listing terms. We do not copy listings from other websites or databases, and no clinic is listed by default.

What we publish

Business information the clinic supplies: clinic name, address, phone / WhatsApp, email, website, opening hours, services, and — if the clinic chooses — the lead dentist’s name, qualification and Dental Council registration number.

What we never publish

Patient information of any kind. Patient records, appointments, follow-up notes and satisfaction scores held in SmileDesk stay private to the clinic and are never used on this directory. There are no ratings or reviews here.

Accuracy and endorsement

Listings are written by the clinics and are not verified by SmileDesk (Poruz Systems). A listing is not an endorsement, a recommendation or medical advice, and the order of clinics on a page is alphabetical — no clinic pays for placement. Confirm qualifications, fees and timings with the clinic directly. SmileDesk is not a party to any appointment, treatment or payment between you and a clinic.

Listing terms for clinics

• You must be authorised to publish the clinic’s details, and they must be accurate.
• Keep descriptions factual. Claims such as “best”, “No. 1”, guaranteed results, or comparisons with other practitioners are not allowed — they conflict with the Dental Council’s code of ethics and we may remove them.
• No patient names, photos or testimonials.
• You can unpublish at any time from Public listing in your SmileDesk sidebar; the page comes down immediately.
• We may edit or remove a listing that breaks these terms or that we receive a valid complaint about.

Correct or remove a listing

Every clinic page has a “Report an error or request removal” link. Removal requests from the clinic or dentist concerned are honoured, normally within 7 days. You can also write to support@poruz.com.
