FAQ
How do I move from another system?
Export your patients as .xlsx from your current tool. We provide a one-click import at signup, or ₹2,000 for us to do the mapping. Appointments and clinical notes typically don't migrate cleanly across systems — most clinics let the old system finish out and start fresh in SmileDesk.
What if my patient count exceeds Starter's 1,500 during the year?
You'll see a top-of-page warning when you cross 1,500 active. You can upgrade any time from the dashboard — the difference is charged prorated.
Do you offer a monthly plan?
Not right now. Annual pricing lets us keep the numbers this low. If you're not sure, use the 30-day free trial to decide.
What happens on cancellation?
You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Then read-only for 90 days so you can export. Then permanent deletion. Full details in our refund policy.
